You meet the owner
We introduce you, usually within one business day of the request, and you take it from there. You chat with the owner and decide together, with no obligation on either side.
What it costs
There is no subscription and no monthly fee. You pay only when an introduction is ready to hand over, at the flat rate for your service:

How the fee step works: your first introduction is free, so you can see how a match works before paying anything. Before any later introduction is handed over, we confirm you want it and collect the fee for that introduction. No introduction ready, no fee, and nothing is ever charged in the background. Find a Pro covers walking, sitting, and grooming. For veterinary care, owners browse our veterinarian guide directly, and we do not offer trainer introductions.
